Quotation: " Steve Karnavas, drummer with the
Chaparrals, likes the big sound of the Trixon Telstar. Karnavas also
lokes the crisp, sharp, full tone of the Trixon snare drum. The
Chaparrals are a group of musicians from the Dallas area. After
college the group decided to continue to play music together. The are
playing at Dallas' Wisc a Go Go. The Telstar Outfit which Karnavas is
playing has six ply shells which are custom finished on the interior.
Eyh lug on each drum has special nylon cushions which float the lug
away from the shells of the drum."
