Hi KTP,
your snare drum is a Trixon 1/440 k Telstar snare drum
The Telstar outfit was setup with conical shells, very unique for drums!
finish is yellow sparkle.

To find original snare wires will be very hard but you can go to a store and try current snare wires to fit to the drum.

: I was given this snare when I was a kid, I still don't know any details about it. I knew it was a Trixon from the snare stand it came with (now lost in a move :[). The badge is missing and the snares it came with were holding on by a thread and eventually fell apart completely.
: Another "Trixon giveaway" is that the top head is 14" and the bottom head is only 13".
: Does anyone know any details about this certain snare and what it may be worth?
