Heads for 50's Trixon kit. (metric sized heads)

Hi,

I have recently been given a Trixon kit from the 50's. The sizes are approximately 13, 16 and 22 inches. They're obviously in metric sizes, so I have not been able to fit new heads on them. Can anyone here tell me where to get heads that'll fit? I'm anxious to get my new kit up & running :)
